Nantgarw

Start: Caerphilly Road (A468)
End: Glamorgan Sport Park
Distance: 1.24 miles (approx)

The Nantgarw stretch is all under tree cover with the exception of the most southerly few yards where you need to take care crossing Caerphilly Road ( A468).

This short section connects Upper Boat to the north and Glan-y-Llyn in to the south.
