Glan-y-Llyn

Start: North end of Glan-y-Ffordd
End: Caerphilly Road (A468)
Distance: 0.79 miles (approx)

You'll either love or hate the Glan-y-Llyn section of the Taff Trail. If you're heading south into Cardiff on a bike you can pretty much free-wheel all the way from Caerphilly Road (the A468) to Taffs Well.

However, if you're heading north it's a long, quite steep climb. Crossing the A468 will take you into Nantgarw.
